Registration process for OLA and Founders 2008

Dear OLs,

Over 500 OLs have already registered online. If you haven’t registered, please do so soon.

I request you to circulate this to all your batch and to urge them to register as well. (Please note that the OLA membership registration is a prerequisite for Founder’s Registration, so its important that you register at the earliest.)

All you need to do is:

OLA Registration:

1. Log into http://www.oldlawrencian.in/

2. Click on “New Member” under the Login (top left corner)

3. Enter your registration information correctly -- especially Name, Batch, email id. ( NOTE: Please avoid entering incorrect / junk data to avoid any delay in your activation.)

4. Where it asks for “Existing Member”, please indicate “Yes” if you are already a member of the OLA (you don’t have to pay any amount) or “No” if you wish to register for the first time.

5. If you are a new member, then you would have to pay the membership fees of Rs 1,000/- + Charges of Rs 200/- using our online payment gateway PayPal with you credit card (Keep one ready).

6. Upload a passport size photograph of yourself (keep this ready on your computer)

7. Wait for our email activating your account. It will have your login in id and password.

Founder’s Registration:

8. Login to http://www.oldlawrencian.in/ again (after you haveregistered as above)

9. Enter you login id and password in the Login Box (left corner)

10. Click on Events --> Founders (or on the picture of School on the home page)

11. Register yourself and guests for Founders and the OLA Dinner (keep a credit card ready)

12. Pay the Founder’s charges through our online payment gateway PayPal using your credit card

13. Note the registration & payment details for your reference (probably print out a copy if you can)

14. Bring a photo id to school when you come up for Founder’s

15. Collect your passes at the registration desk in Lovedale.

See, its that simple!!

If you still have trouble, please get someone in your batch / friends to help out.

Dear OLs,

Congratulations!!

We have touched 500 registrations on the OLA website.Thank you for your support. I request all those of you who are yet to register on the OLA website , even if you aren’t coming for Founder’s, to register yourself. With your cooperation, we hope to cross 1200registrations within the next 2 weeks.

Please log into http://www.oldlawrencian.in/ to register.

However, the number of Founder’s Registrations are much fewer. I suppose many of the OLs who have been validated and accepted are taking their time to register for Founder’s. I request all those who have received an activation email from the OLA website to register themselves for Founder’s without further delay.
