Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the of the Association shall be held at The Lawrence School, Lovedale on Wednesday, 30th April, 2008 at 2.30 pm.

Agenda:

1. Notice convening the meeting.
2. Remembrance.
3. Welcome – M. Jawahar, Vice President.
4. Read and approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 3rd May, 2007.
5. Presentation of the Annual report of the Association – A. Palaniappan, Secretary
6. To consider and approve the audited Balance Sheet as on 31.3.2008 and the Income and Expenditure Accounts of Association for the year ended 31st March, 2008 the along with the Auditors’ Report thereon.
7. OLA President’s Address.
8. Any other matter with the approval of the Chair.
9. Vote of thanks
10. The School Song.
