Members are informed that the Annual Generalbody meeting of the Old Lawrencian Association will be held in the Large Hall at 1430 hrs on 2nd May,2005.

6. To appoint Auditors for the next financial year
7. To transact any other business that may be brought before the meeting with the consent of the Chair.
